FIRST FOR WOMAN

My claim for my car has been disapproved. I signed up with FIRST FOR WOMAN in August. In December i had an accident. Now they say the reason for disapproval is due to the fact that i didnt let my car be inspected within 48hours of signing up with them. I didnt know i need to do this. According to them they did mentioned it. IF i knew then i would have let it be done. This is a good excuse and loophole for them not to pay claims. Why didnt they follow up after a week or a month to make sure that it was inspected. The answer is easy... because this helps them not to pay out claims. So they are accusing me of lying to them. Please consider any other insurance. And also their service is pathetic.
