First For Woman 20% Increase in premiums

FFW found it completely acceptable to increase my premium by a whopping 20% - in this economic climate and with my car depreciating in value every year. When I called them to complain, they dropped the 20% to 11% and then to 9%. SORRY still not good enough - *********** consumers is going to leave you without any consumers!!!!!@! Definitely going to be shopping around and CANCELLING my policy
