First for premiums

A lot of hogwash!!! I have a mechanical fault on m hands, I need to claim this from a third party. First for woman warranty is useless, I need a failure report, which I was told to get from their designated repairs, where the car is. Rebeiro motors, says they DO NOT have a failure report, they can not provide me with one. I called LAST for women warranty and told them I am getting no joy. They keep saying I must call the very same people(their preferred provider ) that have said cannot help with the report. Now what?????????????????
