First for nothing

I never thought such ***** happens with big insurance companies.

I recently found out my motor insurance company has been taking more than agreed for on my bank account. I enrolled for car insurance and life cover with first for women. End of 2016 I found out I have been enrolled for more products that I had not agreed on. The tyre and rim as well as scratches and dents. This cover came as a surprise considering it was on my old car I sold back in 2015. When I asked they sent me policy documents with the new car but the person could not answer me on this as I consider they are now just meddling with my banking details. So after the conversation on my email was the policy documents. I rep**** to the email that I don't want the policy. On the phone I had told the person I want proof of enrolment and he just sent me updated policy documents. In January I wanted to submit a claim. They said they cancelled the policy I explained to Nadine who offered no help and I received an email from Gugulethu. No one called me. I'm disgusted with the service.

Reviewer Update

Insurance is active 30 days after cancellation. The fact that I almost let it slide that money was deducted from my account without my knowledge now I'm being taken advantage of.
