First for no one!

A month and few days ago I called First for Woman insurance to cancel my warranty premium with them. They advised that it will take 21 working days and someone from their company will call to confirm that it has been actioned.

I asked for the lady's email address just to have it in writing that i made this request. I sent her an email right after I hung up the phone confirming what we have discussed and and she aggreed. Now 21 working days have passed and no one from First for Woman has contacted me. I then sent another email to this lady, her name is Nthabiseng Rantsieng, following up if my request is done and confirming that they will be no debit order going through end November for this warranty.

She rep**** saying they haven't attended my request but will be in touch. I rep**** to her email asking for contact details of the people that are supposed to be handling this request and she didnt reply.

This basically means a debit order will go thorugh for something I have clearly stated that I do not need anymore. I followed their procedure by waiting 21 working days but no one bothered to attend to my request. Not only that, Nthabiseng Rantsieng is now ignoring my emails!
