FIRST FOIR WOMEN INCOMPETENCY
I have been with first for women for over ten years got company employees to register with them to join membership. Recently when I was involved in a car accident I put in a claim to mention car damages such as gear box as I run over a log. My claim was never approved and according to their assessor's report is that my vehicle had existing oil leaks which was irrelevant to my claim. am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unacceptable delay in processing my insurance claim related to the accident that occurred on 4 July 2024. My policy number is ***, and the claim number assigned to this incident is ***6.
I submitted the claim on 5 July 2024, and the incident was duly reported with all necessary documentation provided. Despite my prompt submission and follow-up, I have yet to receive any substantial communication or resolution concerning my claim. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and financial strain, as I am unable to repair my vehicle or manage the associated expenses effectively.
I have made several attempts to contact the customer service team via call back options during the month of July 2024, but each time, I was either met with inadequate responses or no updates at all. This lack of communication only exacerbated my frustration and concern.
My matter was never expedited to provide me with a clear update on its status. I have now opted to cancel my insurance as I realised am paying monthly premiums for nothing
