first claim, fast processing effortlessly

i was seriously worried that my claim is processed by telesure as i have heard nightmares about them, however with my first claim with FFW the claim was paid out with no difficulties as i have had a cracked windscreen that decided to travel to all corners and thought to myself im a woman and im too lazy to go through the justifications and explanations of submitting a claim however Bianca made it easy for me and processed everything quick quick with little effort from my side. she also would call me to make sure i understand everything and assure me of the claims process.<br> <br> well done and keep up the good work
