Financial Implication

First they got the make of my car wrong which in turns out to be a financial implication for me. Then they got the information wrong again ( again a financial implication for me) for the tracking unit that needed to be installed in my vehicle and when I phone, I never get a call back with feedback. I really want to stay with them, but this is becoming unfair to me
