FFW - Worst insurance for a female in her mid 20s

I called first for women mid-August to cancel my policy with them due to them being overpriced & quite Frankley not helpful at all just increased premiums with no claims for 3 years straight. The first call with the, they managed to decrease my insurance premium by R300 - still over and above the other 3 quotations I had sourced. My final attempt to cancel the policy they were willing to make my monthly premium R4K and some change - this is with 3 years no claim. I again refused and asked them to cancel my policy. I received communication from them that they are sad to lose me as a customer. Why did I wake up with a debit order of over R6K deducted from my account from FFW after calling them 3 times to cancel my insurance with them. I received a call from their customer service agent as I had given a low review, I expressed this to the call agent and yet my money has still not been returned to me. Completely unacceptable.
