FFW - Worst Insurance COMPANY - EVER!!!

1st for Women is the worst insurance company EVER! You pay very high premium and they are happy to take your money, naturally. But, when it comes to claim service, they are the worst I have ever experienced. Speaking to their Customer Care staff, is like speaking to pre-programmed robots. They have a script which they stick, irrespective of what the client tells them, they do not listen. They sent me to a workshop which is not approved by my car manufacturer, therefore putting my Warranty at risk. They don't check first, they never call you back or they put you on hold and just never bother to answer your call. You cannot get an answer out of them. I spent just over R200 in airtime and 2 hours on the phone with them, and still have nothing. This after I had previously had my car assessed at a non-Kia approved workshop and had come to pay the deposit to for the parts to be ordered for the repairs. The person on my case is Hayley. She and other consultants promised to call back, but no one has. I am now out of options and don't know what to do about this company that only cares about deducting their monthly premiums, but couldn't care about performing any of the services that they are being paid for. And, let me not forget that I especially took 2 days off work to sort this out, and it has proved to be a total waste of my 2 days leave.

Reviewer Update
After posting my complaint on the 18th February, I received an automated acknowledgement, advising me that 1st For Women would contact me the following day.

It is now 20th February and 1st For Women have not bothered to either contact me, respond to my complaint, provide the service which they are being paid for or even apologise for the atrocious levels of service.

Thus displaying total disregard for their clients.
