FFW VAP cancellation

So first let me say that I am only giving you a 1 star rating because I have to so that I can post this review. In November 2019, I cancelled my mother's insurance policy for her personal car with first for women as the car is no longer driveable and why pay insurance on a car that can't be driven and hasn't been on the road in over 6 months right. Anyway, policy cancelled all is fine, only to find that at the end of the month, there is a charge for VAP. Now, when a customer calls to cancel their insurance, first for woman does not tell you that VAP is a seperate contract and a seperate department that you have to cancel with. In fact, it is not even mentioned and you as a customer just goes on knowing that you have cancelled the policy right. Especially since VAP was never signed for and it has the exact same policy number as your initial insurance. Now when you call you get told to speak to someone else. First for women do you think that this is right? You are *****ing from your customers. Please have this corrected asap. I will also be going to the bank and placing a debit order block on my mother's bank account.
