FFW to pull her down.

I am so dissapointed with FFW's *****ulent debit order on my bank account. I sought to change car insurances for my two cars for a more affordable one around the Month of Feb'24. After back and forth calls and bouncing emails to FFW to cancel the already quoted comphrehensive cover that however did not meet all my needs. I finally spoke to a lady her name is Phinda Okuhle Mbuyane from retentions dept i believe. I requested that the activated policy be cancelled with immediate effect starting from 04/03/2024 @13H54 at the time of her call that lasted 19mins 43secs and no debit order or premiums should not go off in the Month of March'24 as per previous telephonic conversations with FFW the one reasons i gave to her is that one the cars has been sent privately and the reamaining car the principal cover will sought their car insurance. Phinda further enticed me with having home contents cover that i did not take .You hold a disclamer that all calls are recorded i am sure this one would be easily traceable. Would like to have my to have my R1571.45 you debited on my bank account on 05/04/2024. And how did you put this comphrensive car insurance into inception without all documents that you required. For that matter you dont even have Reg no's for both cars. No car self inspection was done. No tracking devices certificate was sent to you. As the cover had already been cancelled. You dont even know how the two vehicles look like. I demand my money from you *****sters in the next working business day.
