FFW service is Bull****

Im so dissatisfied with FFW, once you're a member they nolonger care about good service delivery. Their debit order system is bull****, they will debit your account on a date that you did not agree on where your account doesn't even have funds. Also their 2 consultants Smelukuzwa Nkala and Nosipho Tshenqana are ****s who deceived me and told me they've lodged a refund request which they never did because when I called to follow up there's no record of it on my profile.
