FFW refusing to cancel car insurance, keeps leaving my account on negative balance for two months now.
FFW refuses to terminate insurance. I’ve called ample times requesting for car insurance cancellation, they keep pleading, I end up not completing the call 1st two times, since 08 January 2023, just flabbergasting.
I finally spoke to a lady on 17 February 2023 who said she’ll send me me a cancellation letter to confirm everything, but I got ABSOLUTELY nothing.
I’m wondering if I should cancel my life insurance that I’ve had for 11yrs with them too, if they fail to CANCEL short term insurance while I’m alive, imagine what the people I live behind would have to struggle with once I’m gone and can’t speak for myself.
My colleague had a horrible experience with them as they refused to pay for his car insurance claim, this is SHOCKING 😪

Only two days later I got a termination confirmation email, but no one will refund all the bank charges I incurred from the forceful & ********** debiting of my account.
