Ffw refuses to cancel Scratch and Dent Policy.

I have repeatedly asked FFW to cancel my Scratch and Dent pokicy as it serves no purpose but they continue debiting my account. I bought myself a new car six months ago and even then reauested they stop debiting as i was no longer driving the car insures but they continue yo debit my account. Every month I stop the debit at the bank and cancel with them but the process continues. This affects my bank balance negatively with the bank chaeges and i want it to stop.
