FFW policy cancelled 14 years ago - still deducted

I've been a loyal first for women customer for many years. I've got the app and I've always rigorously reviewed all my policies on an annual basis and worked each of them through with the 1st for women agents . So can you imagine how puzzled we were when we recently discovered a monthly deduction for a policy we cancelled way back in 2009. The explanation was that we've been paying (debit order) what they call "value added services" which is not reflected in the app or discussions with agents. So, we've been paying about 100k over the past 14 years for dent and scratch cover on a vehicle we do not have a policy with anymore. FFW if you can explain this one, I'd be intrigued.
