FFW - OMG - NOT AS ADVERTISED

On the 23rd of Jan I was in an accident, the 24th FFW said don't worry everything will be fine, no communication after, I have had to call them for the last 3 days, they can't give me information instead the agent wants to sell car hire?? The agent working on my claim (Ronel - which every agents says - she's dealing with your claim) didn't even bother to call me to tell me they are removing my now "written off" vehicle and they've moved my car to an auction house - NO COMMUNICATION - beside and email on Tuesday 28th - sign this change of ownership "don't worry to fill it in just sign and date'' what kind of business are you people running - or is this how you treat woman?? You basically stole my vehicle...still no response - where is my car???
