FFW not refunding my access money

Im writing this review after i did not know who to speak to and what to do anymore.'Last year November i was involved in an accident where a lady drove into me from the side as i was going straight in the Main road with a green robot in Somerset West,Cape town.I called my insurance from the scene and they did sent out a tow truck company to remove my vehicle. While speaking to them i gave them all the details of the lady that drove into my vehicle. She had insurance and apologized for the accident and was very helpful to assist. My insurance told me that to hve my vehile back the soonest,they will cover everything and not the lady's insurance and i need to cover the access. They also said that they will recover my R4 500 access money after everything as well and refund my R4 500. I was contacted by a lady from First for Woman called Phumudzo in May this year that they were unable that they were unable to retrieve my acces money from the other party. The reason they gave me now was that because it happened on a robot, the chances or damages is 60/40 with regards to the accident.

I told them how can this even be possible.This lady caused the accident and i had to pay to have my car fixed.This does not make any sense and its not right.They told me that it cost more money to fix my car then hers and my car is more expensive then hers. We are still with FFW but Im really upset and not happy with the service i got from them.I need some legal help ans assistance to help me get my money back as times are really hard these days.I told them Im very unhappy and will look for further help with this.I have pictures and details of everything.
