FFW needs more professional claim agents not this!
I am so disappointed at the service I am receiving from my insurer of choice, FFW. I submitted a claim in Jan, buildings and home contents. After a lot of sweating, Hermesh stepped in after Lerika was throwing me from pillar to post. Then after Hermesh stepped in, the claim was settled and I was happy with the outcome though I did not get labour money but that was explaining fully well with me and I understood. The home contents claim was assigned to Edward Nkwana, he dropped me an email confirming receipt also wanted some information from the SAPS. It was delayed by the SAPS but ultimately, after speaking to the HOD the documents were released. I sent those to Edward, copying Namane. Until now I haven't received any correspondence. The guy avoids me like plague. I've been calling and spoke to a lady named Letrisha who was also shocked to learn that Edward just promised to call me regarding the finalisation of my claim yesterday. I just called again, he is not found.
I am not happy about this. Among the things that were ****** were my Priestly vestments which I need as in last week Sunday already as the season in the Anglican calender has changed. I can't even touch on the fact that my kids are home, they're the ones who need the hifi system more than I do in so much that I had to buy a smaller one again at Game. They want to use the microwave. My home doesn't feel like a home to them. Schools will be opening soon, by the time I'll be broke from buying data for them to at least do their channels on the smart tv. If the hifi was there, I wouldn't be in this position. I am heartbroken in so much that I had to reverse their premium. I think it's time I shop around.
I have just bought a 75inch smart TV early this month, I don't know who to contact for it's invoice and the sound bar. Maybe a competitor might do better.
Edward Nkwana, your service is pathetic and unacceptable. Just so you know.
