FFW Legal Failer

First for women insurance is the good insurance but their legal department disappointed me, was involved in an accident. some one knocked my car at the back very bad i was with the kids thanks God nobody got injured so put the claim with FFW and the claim was approved so had to pay the excess of R5700+R2500 which came to R8200, called the legal department so they will get this money from the person who knocked me but legal dept told me that i will have to pay this amount myself they will recover this money from the 3rd party afterward, i have paid this money and the car has been repaired but no one from the FFW legal have contacted me or tried to contact the 3rd part, that means because i have paid this amount all is alright now. now i am the one who chasing after this man which that is a risky, this man can do anything to me.
