FFW Jabulile dragging my claim. ***********.

I submitted a claim with this insurer. I was attended to by Jabulile. The lady is very much ***********. She asked me for A1 and a2 statements and when I went to the police station I was told an A2 us a witness statement of which there was no witness. Even after having explained to Jabulile she would still call for the A2. Another thing is the slips for my belongings...when I joined FFW I was never asked to keep slips of everything I buy but now she asks for them of which I do not have. My main fear is that I have insured the house with them as well. Surely they will ask for the bricks and cement slips for my house and the tiles. This was not my first claim...it came to me as a surprise that I need to produce slips for items that so.e of were purchased for more than 2 years ago...even if I had kept theslips they would be faint by now.

My main worry is that tomorrow the kids are going back to varsity, a third year student without a laptop...something that is a key tool for her studies.

What do I do? Please advise. I will not look for another insurer, I had chosen FFW but I think you need to train your staff. Or are they trained to be like this? Or is this just a way to run away from the claim? Please let me know so that I can devise means to get another laptop before tomorrow.
