FFW is false advertising, no road assistance

I called road assistance for towing services on the 18 Feb 2015 at 13:30. The towing services truck said they will only be there at 15:00. At 15:30 i call the towing services and they said their towing vehicle has broken down, but they are still coming to tow my car. Then First for women called me at 16H00, assuming that i have been helped because the towing services **** to them saying i was helped. I tried calling the towing services at 16:30 and the guy sms me saying he is busy. At 16:40, i was towed by a private company that i had to pay for. If i was a victim of crime, while waiting for first for women road assistance, were you going to compensate me? FFW is false advertising, because they don't offer road assistance.
