FFW is cruel & callous & is FFW's premiums's money not agency

I now understandable why this insurance deals with only women. Its to take advantage of a vulnerable demographic in ots moment of distress. I had a crash on a pothole unlit road. The car was later written off. FFW insisted on doing the assessor telephonic interview 48 hours after I'd suffered a concussion, wrote a report in contrast with the police affidavit. 3 weeks of dilly dallying later, they sent an accident reconsruction expert. Police say a "crime scene " that isn't demarcated, it's contaminated. Based on these reports, from a frightened woman stranded & hurt on dark road with potential ********(s) already targeting me, FFW declined &rejected my claim. Im throughly devastated. Having been claim-free for 15 years I never expected this hostile &callous treatment.
