FFW is a ****

I've been up n down trying to get FFW Warranty Insurance to assist me with my car since May. They sent me to an outlet the beginning of August and now they say they are only paying a 1/3 of the quote cause that's what my policy states. I told them when I took my policy I was never given a limit on the amount and was told that my cover is unlimited. They were to look for that recording 3 weeks ago and to date they have not called me back. My car is still stuck at the workshop cause I don't have the 2/3 to pay. FFW Insurance is a **** and I want to hear all the recordings of when I took the policy and the follow ups of them and they must pay for my car. I sent them emails and they are not responding.
