FFW insurance terrible service!!!
I’m in disbelief of your operating hours. Totally disgusting and frustrating. I was involved in a car accident where the idiot that bumped my car ran off without stopping. I have called every number :

These are the numbers I came across on your website and my policy documents. These numbers are either not available or do not exist.to my uter disgust,even the emergence number doesn’t exist.
I had to resort to a Facebook post and only then I had response way after I have left the scene when I do not the service anymore.
This completely unacceptable and disgusting and that is understated and I can’t find an adjective to discribe my dismay.
FFW insurance have a complete disregard for us as their clients and do not care.
