FFW gave me a bad credit record via Netstar
I received an sms that Altech Netstar has handed me over for an amount of R690 because I haven't paid for the last six months. My netstar premium is deducted by FFW with my monthly premium. I spent about 45m being transferred between call centre agents last week when I contacted FFW.

The last gentleman I spoke to promised to get back to me with feedback of what happened after consulting with the credit controller. You can imagine my disappointment, after a week and I'm still waiting for that call.

I wish FFW would explain to me what happened, pay Netstar, or refund me so I can pay them. Maybe also fix the whole bad record thing that I now have as a result of their incompetence.
