FFW

It is always a pleasure dealing with FFW. The call centre service is impeccable. I called because my premium was too high and to change my bank details. They gave me a discount. I have had 2 claims denied in rhe past. A bicycle was not covered on the policy( I did not know that). My ps3 apparently wad not covered by accidently damage .
