FFW - Communication a ZERO
Shocking service from one of your claims consultant working on my MVA claim. Not answering any of my email requests or returning my call. Been a loyal client for over 10 years now and first time claiming, already stressed out of my mind after an accident that wasn't caused by me and can't even get FFW to answer me.
