FFW Bad service and greed

On the 06/10/2023 my wife and i drove to Malmesbury from Clanwilliam , a few km before Malmesbury a truck threw a small stone on my windscreen which resulted in a small chip . We reported this the same day at Malmesbury SAPD ; AR Number 17/10/203 .I contacted FFW . Most of thier mail is a noreply and nt even Seugnette ever responded . 3 weeks later we went to visit my sister and she suggested that we send FFW to hell because they are bad , because one night she drove fro Eastercape to Caledon alone and had a breakdown . She contacted FFW and they promised te dispatch a gaurdian angel asap . This '' angel '' never came putting my sister's life at risk . We then cancelled this bad insurance that same day but by now this little chip has now develop into a crack from left to right which means a full replacement . Yet FFW is trying to debit my account every end of the month . We are now with Intregisure and got the best deal from Ms Simone Fember . However will we put this story on every social media site because as seniors we cannot afford to repplace the windscreen which is totally the fault of FFW bad service .The one star that we gave them is for bad service
