FFW bad insurance company when it comes to claim

I have being with FFW for almost 12 years, then for the first time in 2024 I wanted to make claim, due to weather damage storm we had on my roof. Inspector who was send out was so lazy I had to tell him how to do his job, basically my claim was rejected. Due to the inspector ego obviously being bruised by a woman. Thank you for nothing FFW supposedly be there for women, just alot of empty promises. Surely a big loss on my side for thrusting this company with my home
