FFW alter and makes changes to information on policy to increase monthly installment. They purposefully remove information every so often on policy to serve their needs. When I check information on system that was verified with consultant the info is missing eg. Tracker Certificate; Place where car is park; etc.

It is ******** behavior and remove information from policy to either discredit claim or to increase installments.
