FFW Adjudicator System - a dismal failure
I have had a significant claim dispute lodged with the adjudicator since 28 June. Once escalated to the adjudicator, one is promised a response with 3 days. It is now 11 Aug and my calls and emails go unanswered. I have even phoned the claims dept and asked them to send an email to the adjudicator to call me, to no avail. Please FFW, LET ME KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. This relates to a DEEPLY sentimental piece and is causing me significant anxiety.
