FFW - a huge ****!

1st For Women will do anything to avoid paying claims. My first claim (around Oct 2022) was declined and I had to fight for them to replace my pressure pump. Second claim (around Feb 2023) was declined and I had to repair my DB board myself. I had to fight to get my money back. Third claim was my geyser that burst (around March 2023) and I was told that it would not be covered for it. Guess what? I had to fight for them to replace it. Now my gate motor is dead, and the person who came to inspect it said that it has to be replaced. Guess what? They have declined it once again! Why am I wasting my money with FFW? So they are more than happy to put me and my family at risk because if we don't have a gate motor, then it is so easy to have the house broken into! I want to put it on record that should something happen to anyone of us, FFW will be liable. I am ready to cancel my policy now, because that means I will have trouble having my claim approved the day something happens to my car, the house or my contents. This is appalling from a company that claims to always be there for women! We are clearly not safe!
