FEEDBACK/COMMUNICATION IS NOT SOMETHING THEY PRACTICE!!!

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. FEEDBACK/COMMUNICATION IS NOT SOMETHING THEY PRACTICE!!!Had claim with first for woman, claim was approved and damages were fixed. ONLY to find out the towing department damaged my car on the day it was towed. This was raised with the assessor and pictures of the car were sent prior to it be towed. Since beginning of December there has been no feedback regarding my query. I need to call for an update only to be told they will sent the consultant dealing with my query an email. Very very disappointed.
