Feedback a Few

Feedback is shocking to say the least. I have made a complaint with *** being the head of FFW, got a read receipt yet no reply. The same complaint was sent to *** where I received a read receipt and no reply. Its now more than a week and currently I am of the opinion that they are quick to deduct a monthly premium, but as soon as there is a issue they can't seem to get back to you at all. I am not one to revert to name and shame, but this left me no choice as service makes or breaks a company.
