Fast and friendly service

I had to lodge a claim today, first time I ever had to claim from my car insurance, so I was unsure about what the service would be like, would I have to hold the line for ages at a time while dealing with inefficient agents. I am glad that I got a hold of Ashley. <br> He was friendly and efficient and handled my claim with no hassles. He was informative and was able to answer my questions. <br> It was a pleasure dealing with him and I am grateful that my first claim was quick and painless. <br> <br> Thanks Ashley and 1st for Women for great service, I appreciate it.
