I would like to commend your Colleague Manini on her exceptional service she provided me with today. I called into the call centre today enquiring about towing my car. Immediately she assisted me and from the first call she kept calling me with updates. Taking my details, address, mechanics details. etc she even offered to call my husband to confirm the address as I was unsure of the particulars at the time.
