Fantastic Service

I would like to thank First for Women and especially Quinton Burden (Claims Assessment Manager) for their brilliant service, kindness and efficiency in dealing with my claim.<br> <br> The call center staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful and managed to make this a less painful process.<br> <br> I would also personally like to than Mr Quinton Burden, who went beyond the call of duty to resolve an issue for me. His kindness, understand and professional attitude really impressed me and I am very grateful that there are still good people out there, that are willing to listen and assist where they can.<br> <br> Thank you to the FFW team.
