I took out vehicle insurance with ffw last year April was assisted by Ronald who told me that my premiums will not increase if I don't claim I'm surprised now that I get an email with annual Premium increase from the first of may just surprised why sell me an insurance under falls information not happy with this even considering to cancel this bcz I feel like I'm over insured
