False Customer Service

On 27 December 2024 I drove from Boksburg to Cape Town in the evening. Around 22h00 I had a tyre burst on N1 close to Winburg. I immediately reached out to my insurance app as it has an immediate access panic button to active 24/7 roadside assistance with a guardian angel, only to know the services are not available. The app stated that I will be liable for the expense of the tow truck.

left with no option as my saftey was of great concern, i changed my tyre in so much fear and volunarable.

First for woman is selling false marking to South Aftrican women i had to imagine another women who woulld have not been able to change their own tyre at the time we could be talking something else.

A lady from the insurance has reached out in trying to understand what transpired and requested some information and hasnt reached came back with any feedback as it been over 3 weeks now.
