False Credit Bureau Listing!!!!!!
I received a quote from First for Women in Dec 2016 to commence on 10 Jan 2017. I called to cancel on 06 Jan 2017 and received a confirmation letter that the policy was cancelled on this day (not incepted). Upon checking my credit report, Telesure has listed me - with two months premium outstanding, Jan and Feb 2017. How do you go around listing people with the credit bureau when they don't owe you???
Please fix this!!!!!
