false advertising no guardian angels

Last night at about 6:30pm my sister had a puncture and called her insurance to assist as we are paying them alot of money they sent an sms saying they still looking for person to assit until i got there at 7:30 pm still no Guardian angel on the scene and no 1 to assist, while we were waiting on the N3 for someone to arrive 2 guys approached the vehicle with a gun ordering us to open the door we refused and they got violent kicking the car, scraching it until they picked up a stone threw in straight into the window my sister jumped out of the front seat bt the other guy was blocking her i took the car seat bashed this other guy while that 1 was recoving the 1 that was pulling my sister i kicked him to leave her she ran on the side of the road and i ran straight into the N3 all the way to the fast last lane till other 2 males stoped they car to help the ****s took something from my sisters vehicle and ran off. It took the insurance guy 2hrs to arrive to the scene thats not what we are told in our insurance policy and they must be sued and i am also a memeber of this insurance and paying 1000 monthly for my vehicle for this kind of service im out of thia insurance police can in 7 min
