False Advertising
Trying to get standalone insurance for my portable possession, which is as per what I have read on the website. But after 9 phonecalls from a non-existent call centre - with such bad call quality - I am told you can only have this insurance if I have comprehensive car insurance with them. No thanks. I will find a company who will give me what I want.
