False advertising

On their website they say you can cover any item under their unspecified possessions but the fine print on the contract says it only applies to jewelery etc. NOWHERE in the public advertising does it say that. We didn't get paid out for a ****** cellphone because apparently, it doesn't count even though its value is under the specified amount. Terrible service all around and false advertising. Have closed my account with them and won't work with them or any associated company.
