Failure to terminate my insurance

I sold my car towards the end of June, I called in to terminate. First for woman deducted for July, I called they reverse the debit..now again on the 23rd they deducted had to ask my bank to reverse it. I was so upset requested a call back and told the guy I spoke to to please terminate I don't even have that car anymore. This morning I checked the policy is still active, I am receiving emails about my disputed payment. What kind of an insurance is this??? I am really disappointed at this level of unprofessionalism 😤
