Failed me dissimal
I recently joined first for wome 4 months ago and I am very disappointed at them. My payday is on the 26th of every month and that's the agreed debit date. I have 3 policies with the. One for R952 and one for R185 and one for R165. I don't know for what reason, I had R731 refund from Sanlam and the next thing 1st for Women debited my account on the 23rd Saturday and my account was then sitting on minus R454 as they couldn't get qll the money. I was so annoyed I for taking my budgeted money before my payday and above that my bank charged me dishonouring fees twice for something that was 1st for Women's fault and for that reason I am going to cancel my policy with them

24 Jan 2024, 13:45I was phoned by someone who told me send my proof of bank statement and banking details so I would be refunded. She promised to send me her email which she did not send me so I could send those required documents for my refund. Then I sent an email to that firstforwomen email and it didn't go through. When I phoned again I spoke to another lady who promised to assist and gave me her Email as ********, I did send my documents again but she never came back to me and I did not receive my refund either
