Extremely unhappy

I, Jezica Dry, , was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Monday 6 September. I was on duty for my employer, First Innovation Technologies during this time. I was driving on Frikkie Meyer Boulevard in Vanderbijlpark where I lost consciousness and lost control of my vehicle. The vehicle then collided with a lamppost. I had sustained multiple injuries in the accident, including, but not limited to injuries to my face, jaw, tongue, ribs, arms. As a result of these injuries, I was not able to perform the duties required by my Employer, as I am required to communicate telephonically and in person with multiple clients. The injuries sustained prevented me from travelling as well as talking normally.

Due to this, I was not able to work during the period from 6 September to 23rd of September, and still can't return to work as I was promised a loan car. I had no sick leave available and subsequently lost income during this period. Its been 17days, and still no feedback of payment or a loan car.
