Extremely angry, annoyed and disappointed

I had an accident on the 8th of April.10th of April, an assessment was done on the car. Then approved for repairs @Dent-tech Rustenburg.To date there's no repairs done on my car.. Since they have been waiting on parts from VW SA which when I called they stated their parts take less than 72 hrs to be delivered to their customers but in my case parts are still not available. I've called My insurer so many times I even lost count so that they can assist regarding this matter. It's been over a month now ending my second month going to the 3rd with no feedback on when i can expect my car back.All I get from dent tech is that they are awaiting parts. My insurer is no longer taking my calls and emails requesting response.A lady called Thando from their complaints department promised to call back and give feedback 2 weeks back I'm still waiting. This has affected my life to much that it's an inconvenience I can't even take my kids to school and I struggle to get to work..1st for Women has turned a blind eye to this whole issue as if it doesn't exist..
