extreme poor service from a tow truck company provided by 1st for woman.

Drear at 1st for woman,

this complain is more about the tow truck you sent to me this morning(21/08/2023). name of the company:Roader247 assist with a number plate CAA 367-435 I will not add the contact numbers even though they're publicly displayed on their truck.

I have been with 1st for woman for almost 4years, in that 4years,1st for woman have been nothing but the best insurance ever.

however, do not allow amateur, rude and uncouth suppliers to be on your database as they will dent your brand/image. if I didn't know your company any better, I would have blamed your service.

the guys came slightly drunk/hungover, very rude to a point I chased them away(3 of them) and fortunately you acted very quick to solve the situation.

kindly screen your service providers(not only check if they have the right documents but the level of standard you uphold to satisfy your customers).

that tow truck company does not deserve to be listed by any insurance company, let alone a paying customer, I even doubt their shabby looking truck is roadworthy.Pity there's no platform to add pictures here.

kindly attend to this matter with urgently.
