Exorbitant 55% increase in premium.
From 2015 to 2016 my car insurance premium increased by 55%. I have requsted them to re quote as I thought it was in error but the increase is in fact correct. They are not prepared to offer a reasonable increase siting economic factors as the reason. This is unacceptable. While I have been very happy with their service I cannot accept being **********. A real pity as the call centre retention chap mentioned that I am not the first to leave them and think their strategy is very limiting to their growth
